Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Sales Representative to join our team. Whether you’re a new graduate looking to kick off an exciting career, or an experienced sales professional wanting to grow in a supportive agency, this role offers plenty of opportunity.

You will:

  • Engage with prospects and clients in both English and Spanish

  • Develop new business by prospecting, lead‑generation, follow‑ups

  • Understand customer needs; recommend appropriate insurance & financial products (auto, home, life, business, etc.)

  • Maintain and grow a book of business

  • Assist in renewing policies, cross‑selling, and bundling offers to maximize value to clients

  • Participate in community outreach, client events, and marketing initiatives

  • Work closely with leadership and the experienced agents for training & mentorship

  • Learn or maintain required insurance licensing (P&C, Life, Health, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken & written) — essential

  • Energetic, self‑motivated, goal oriented

  • Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills

  • Comfortable in a sales/client‑facing role; ability to build rapport & trust

  • Organized, with good time management skills

  • Tech‑savvy: able to work using CRM tools, digital outreach, prepare quotes, etc.

  • For new grads: eagerness to learn, open to mentorship, no prior insurance experience required; will train for licensing

  • For experienced candidates: proven sales track record in insurance, financial services, or related field preferred

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish & English (required)

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (for newer grads, degree in business / finance / communications a plus)

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client relations is a plus but not mandatory for entry‑level candidates

  • Willingness to obtain or maintain necessary insurance licenses (P&C, Life/Health)

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
