Position Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Polish Sales Representative to join our growing team. Whether you're just graduating and eager to launch your career, or you bring years of sales or insurance experience, this role has room for you to grow, learn, and succeed.

As a Sales Representative you will:

  • Communicate fluently in both Polish and English with prospects and clients.

  • Identify, cultivate, and follow up on leads and new business opportunities.

  • Educate clients about insurance and financial products (auto, home, renters, business, life, etc.), tailoring recommendations to individual needs.

  • Cross‑sell, renew policies, and build lasting relationships with customers.

  • Participate in community outreach, marketing campaigns, and multilingual client events.

  • Work with leadership and experienced agents for training, licensing guidance, and mentoring.

  • Maintain required licensing (Property & Casualty, Life/Health, etc.) or take steps to obtain them if not yet licensed.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus commission / bonus tied to performance.

  • Clear path for growth and advancement, whether you are entry‑level or bring experience.

  • Full training support & licensing assistance.

  • Working in a multilingual & multicultural environment.

  • Exposure to a wide range of insurance / financial products.

  • Flexible schedule & opportunities to meet with clients outside regular hours (evening/weekends) as needed.

  • Opportunity to make a real impact in the community and help people protect what they care about.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken & written) — required.

  • Strong communicator, with interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.

  • Motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable in a sales role.

  • Organized, with good time management and follow‑through.

  • Tech comfortable: CRM use, digital quoting tools, familiar with general office software.

  • For new grads: ambition, willingness to learn, strong work ethic. No insurance experience necessary; we’ll train you.

  • For experienced candidates: strong track record in sales, insurance, or related fields is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Polish and English (required).

  • High school diploma at minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for entry level.

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.

  • Willingness to obtain/maintain insurance licenses (Life, Health, Property & Casualty) if not already held.

Apply

If you’re excited about combining your bilingual Polish skills with sales ability, excellent customer service, and helping clients protect their homes, vehicles, families, and businesses, we’d love to hear from you.

We welcome applicants who are new to the industry as well as those with proven experience — what matters most is your drive, communication skills, and desire to grow.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
